As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading full lifecycle application development
- Crafting, debugging, and coding applications across various software languages
- Implementing front-end graphical user interfaces
- Seamlessly integrating software with existing systems
- Enhancing performance, usability, and automation through tuning and improvement initiatives
- Engaging in code reviews to uphold code quality and adhere to best practices
- Assisting in software testing and quality assurance endeavors
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues during development or production phases
- Developing, testing, and managing web-based applications using Vue JS and Laravel
- Regularly liaising with Project Management to provide progress updates, alerting of risks, and contributing to risk mitigation strategies
- Upholding technical architecture agreements and ensuring architectural integrity
- Enforcing compliance with standards and best practices, such as source code control and code reviews
- Supporting, documenting, and maintaining software functionality
- Offering technical leadership and mentorship to team members
- Collaborating with Business Analysts and Project Managers to comprehend technical requirements from specifications
- Assisting in recruiting top-tier technical talent and leading efforts to resolve technical challenges
- Coordinating the team’s daily technical activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience in software development utilizing Vue JS and Laravel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
