- Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the service delivery date. Include your order number, details of the service, and the reason for the refund request.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your request based on the provided information and may reach out for additional details if necessary.

Conditions:
- Partial Refunds: In cases where a service has been partially delivered or partially used, we may issue a partial refund.

- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed through Payoneer and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

- Breach of Terms: Refunds will not be issued if the service was terminated due to a breach of our terms and conditions by the customer.
