Refund Process:

  1. Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the service delivery date. Include your order number, details of the service, and the reason for the refund request.

Conditions:

  1. Partial Refunds: In cases where a service has been partially delivered or partially used, we may issue a partial refund.

  3. Payment Method: Refunds will be processed through Payoneer and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
